Content may be ok, but poorly constructed. - ektrules -
I don't know if it's just my book, but I keep accidentally ripping the pages out when I turn them. They just fall out with the slightest tug. I've probably ripped out about 10 pages now. And it's a new book, not used. A book that costs this much should not be so crappily made. It pisses me off because this thing has to last me another year of math courses. I've been using Elmer's glue on the edges to put the pages back :)

As far as the content, I don't know. I don't have any other Calculus text-book to compare it to. I am finding it extremely hard to understand, but that's probably because it's a hard subject, and I'm not mathematically inclined.

Comprehensive and well-written - Jonathan Baltazar -
This book makes learning calculus easy by providing many examples(mostly graphs) and by explaining different approaches to problems. The only drawback is that it is huge, but I didn't count off for that, because most books on the subject are big.
